"On the day the iPhone 5 was announced the iPhone 5 was Tweeted about 22.6 times every second."

Our Goal

At Investing Analytics we focus on utilizing real-time databases to provide research on the world around us.

Unemployment and other variables (Company sales, Consumer data, etc) are released typically with a lag (e.g. This week’s unemployment won’t be released until half way through next week).  Our goal is to take the lag out of the data by estimating what is going on in real-time.

Real-time databases utilized to gain insight are:  Search Trends, Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, and Forums; If the data comes in at a timely manner we probably utilize it.
